Level 1: Advocate

Step 1: Complete the form
Step 2: Share about Growth Circles to your employees
​Step 3: Repost your pledge from our social media


If you later decide you want to journey to level 2 or 3 to be an Ambassador or Champion, complete this form

Level 2: Ambassador 

Step 1: Complete Level 1
​Step 2: Send at least 5% of Employees to Growth Circles within 6 months

If you later decide you want to journey to level 3 to be a Champion, complete this form

Level 3: Champion

Step 1: Complete Level 2
Step 2: Send at least 1 Employee (Someone trusted/change agent who can influence the culture of the company) to join the Growth Facilitator training*
Step 3: Run a Growth circle with a Growth Collective Mentor within the company or community*

* These employees have to attend Growth Circles prior to the training
