What are Growth Circles?

A support group that provides psychological safety for participants to improve their mental well-being and people skills, and in the course of it, boost their self-care, relationships and career prospects. 

What to Expect​

• A 2-hour virtual or in person session to forge authentic connections
• Supported by a Growth Facilitator in small groups, and guided by a webapp
• Discuss and reflect on topics close to heart ​
• Choose different supportive roles to practice people skills
