The rough timeline to becoming a Growth Facilitator is dependent on your availability and schedule, so it can anywhere from half a year to a full year to run growth circles. However, CoPs are only run once a quarter so it would still take a year.

Will there be avenues for us to practise after the training? Or are we encouraged/have to start something of our own?
Yes there will be public growth circles for you to support Growth Circles as a Growth Facilitator. We are also working with different organisations to set up growth circles and these will be avenues for you to practice as well after the training. The first place to practice at after the training happening on 7-10 June would be at Bloom Festival itself.
If you are interested to start your own, you can also do that and we will support you with that.

What’s the expectations/commitment of a growth facilitator? Are we expected to complete the journey to be growth facilitator, and eventually become a growth fellow?
To become a growth facilitator, you will need to attend growth circles before + attend 4 days training + start running circles/COP.
To eventually become a growth fellow, it would be to clock the required number of hours.
The purpose of running the sessions complimentary for growth facilitators is so that we can help people to upskill while they support the community with wellbeing.
We would hope that anyone who has gone through the training would be able to run some growth circles to continue to hone their skillsets while supporting the community

How many growth facilitator hours must be clocked and it is compulsory for us to fulfil it?
If you would like to gain certification eventually, then yes, necessary to clock. As this is still in pilot phase for us, we are working out the number that you have to clock. The minimum requirement is 10 growth circles sessions at the moment.
Will the training be run on 4 full days 7 – 10th June 9am – 5.30pm?
Yes it will require 4 days to run. However it is possible for us to break it up into bite size modular sessions.
We are planning for training sessions throughout the year. 7-10 June is the first of many to come.

If the training is run specifically for my organisation, is it possible to condense the training into a shorter duration?
We are unable to condense into shorter duration but we can break it up into different days and modules for your organisation that fits both your organisation's and the Growth Collectives' schedule.
Will the training take place virtually or face-to-face and will food be provided?
The training will take place face-to-face. Scheduled trainings may be conducted virtually/hybrid/F2F.
If your organisation would like to secure a training just for your people, it is possible and we can arrange that.
Food will not be provided in the trainings.
