What is a Growth Circle?
Growth circles are psychological safe spaces for sharing and introspecting.
Through listening to the life issues and experiences of others, and supporting one another in the resolution of problems, individuals have an opportunity to truly make a difference while building up community resilience.
Every Growth Circle is structured such that you would already be able to develop one component of a soft skill. Every Growth Circle has a duration of 2 hours. A Growth Circle can be conducted face to face or online.
Each Growth Circle will be led by Growth Collective’s Growth Facilitators (Advocate pathway) or company-nominated Growth Facilitators (Ambassador or Champion pathways) who will support the development of others by deploying human-centric skills like empathy, compassion, emotional and cultural intelligence.
Growth Facilitators will be mentored by Growth Mentors to support their growth and success.

Who is a Growth Facilitator?
A Growth Facilitator is a lead in conducting the Growth Circle. The primary objective of the facilitator is to set up a psychological safe space for participants so that they can share and connect with others.
A Growth Facilitator comes with the intention of creating a psychological safe space within a Growth Circle, supporting the growth and well-being of others including self, by being vulnerable, non-judgmental and inclusive. In order to do that, you will continue to build your skills in active listening, emotional agility, perspective-taking, empowering others and reflective thinking.
The facilitator listens with empathy and asks effective questions that forwards the thought processes of others.
