Steps to Support Employees' Well-being 

1. Pledge on Social Media
  • Repost your pledge posted by the growthcollectivesg Instagram
2. Share information and invite employees to join Growth Circles
  • You may use the email template provided
3. Share how your organisation supports employee's growth and wellbeing 
  • Complete and submit an online form​
  • Include a screenshot the email sent out

Steps to Care for Employee's Well-being

1. Pledge on Social Media
  • Repost your pledge posted by the growthcollectivesg Instagram
2. Commit to a 6-months wellness programme
  • If no wellness programme, have at least 5% of employees participate in Growth Circles within the period of 6 months
  • Have all employees complete a well-being survey pre and post the wellness programme that will be provided
3. Share how your organisation supports employee's growth and wellbeing 
  • Complete and submit an online form​
  • Include a screenshot the email sent out​​​​

Steps to Transform Employee's Well-being

1. Pledge on Social Media
  • Use the provided flyer "I am supporting employee wellbeing"
  • Hashtag #SGTech,  #GrowthCollective and #SGTechEmployeesWellbeingCampaign ​
2. Commit to a 4-months wellness programme
  • If no wellness programme, have at least 25% of employees participate in at least 3 Growth Circles for a period of 4 months
  • Have all employees complete a well-being survey pre and post the wellness programme that will be provided
3. Share how your organisation supports employee's growth and wellbeing 
  • Complete and submit an online form​
  • Include a screenshot of #1, photos from #2​​ and #5
4. Nominate at least 2 people from your organization to be a Growth Facilitator
  • Note: Growth Facilitators get to develop leadership and human-centric skills while supporting employee wellbeing internally. ​
5. Be part of SGTech's CSR Always On programme by adopting a community group for 6 months
​i.e Company Name- Community Group Growth Circle (Eg. XXX-SHINE Growth Circle)
  • Determine which community you would like to adopt or work with the Growth Collective
  • The Act of Giving boosts well-being. Rally your employees to run at least three Growth Circles for the selected community to support their wellbeing. 
  • Tap on the Growth Collective's network of Growth Facilitators where required
